OUR PROCESS

Our design practice is built on collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. We guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring every decision aligns with our vision and the client’s needs.

Concept Design

Concept Design is where the vision for a space takes shape.
Through mood boards, floor plan exploration (spatial configuration) and coloured renders, a clear visual direction is established, ensuring the design aligns with the client’s goals and aesthetics, while providing a clear direction for the next stages of development.

Design Development

Design Development refines the initial concept into a detailed plan. During this stage we finalise layouts, materials, and finishes, ensuring everything aligns with the client’s vision and functional needs. Detailed drawings, specification, and renderings are produced to communicate the full design with the client, and to ensure we have fully met their brief.

Contract Documentation

Contract Documentation involves creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation. This includes finalised dimensions, materials lists and schedules, ensuring all aspects of the design are clearly communicated to guide contractors and ensure smooth execution of the design.

Furnishing and Styling

Furnishing and Styling involves curating furniture, fabrics, and finishes that align with the overall design vision. We ensure each piece is appropriately scaled to the space, striking a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Mood boards are created to illustrate the furnishing concept, followed by optional shopping days and the selection of fabrics and finishes. Quoting, scheduling, and procurement are meticulously managed to ensure timely delivery and a cohesive, polished look for every space.
